I had given up on pie crust a long time ago. It was either so dry it fell apart or too sticky it stuck to the rolling pin. This is the same recipe I tried a couple years ago and its a life saver. Make sure the water is ice cold and the butter too. I use a pastry blender, it takes a little longer than a food processor but gets the job done. This is the same dough I use for apple dumplings and homemade toaster pop up tarts.
